Refund & Cancellation Policy

Denforge is a pure digital subscription billed in USD. This policy explains cancellation and refunds.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@denluk.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it is not renewed.

Monthly allowance

Each plan includes a monthly draft allowance that resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. Unused allowance has no cash value and is not refundable.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the incorrect charge.
• If the service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata credit or refund.
• Because access and generation are available immediately, renewals already used are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Not satisfied with an output?

Outputs are concept-level drafts. If a diagram or draft is not useful, regenerate it or adjust your description first — this usually resolves it faster than a billing change. Our support team is happy to help.

Email support@denluk.shop from your account address with your account details and the charge in question. We aim to respond within one business day. Governing law: England and Wales.
